  working on avid with 25fps and 30fps

  i am working on a material with 25fps and i am asked to send this material to a team in the US who uses off course 30fps ..

  They need the material in 30fps, what do i do ?

  if i converted it will not turn up good, what’s the safest way ?

  Edit normally, at 25 fps. Output to tape and send to a dub house to have it converted on an Alchemist or another high quality standards converter.
