  AVID Pro Tools Error When Starting New Project, Sample Rate

  I just installed Pro Tools 10 with an MBox Pro, have iLok registered. When starting a new project, and selecting a location to save the project, I get the following message:

  “Could not create a new document because Pro Tools could not set sample rate to specified value..”

  Any ideas?

  I don’t know how many Pro Tools users frequent this forum. You may want to try:

  It would probably behoove the COW to have a dedicated Pro Tools sections as for the most part in here, “AVID” is considered mostly for Media Composer and Symphony, but it makes a lot more products for dedicated parts of the market that would benefit from dedicated forums.
