  MC 6 link to red AMA – Is it possible to reframe?

  Hey there,
  I’m wondering if it is at all possible to reframe 4 and 5K red footage once it is linked via AMA? In the reformatting column I’ve selected “center crop”. Is there a way to select what area of the frame to crop?

  Unfortunately you cannot – the entire raster gets scaled to HD and then the aspect ratio gets applied within that. The ability to do this has been a request since R3D AMA was first implemented (as well as any format greater than HD).
