using phrasefind with live sports
Has anyone on the forum had any luck or experience using phrasefind on a clip/melt of, say, a football or basketball game? It works fantastic in a controlled audio situation but I haven’t had much luck at all using it with some crowd noise in the background, even if the play by play announcer’s voice stands out real well.
I’ve tried filtering out the audio tracks that the announcing is on and I’ve still had no luck. Anything else I should/could try?

If its excessive to the indexing engine, then it might need to be cleaned up. Users have had good success with https://www.izotope.com/products/audio/msc/
You could export the WAV process, then autoSync back to the original files easily enough as they would have matching timecode and the Autosync options would strip the old audio off all in one pass.
