  Media composer > select media relatives not working

  Hi all, Trying to delete media that won’t end up in the project, using the media tool. (I’ve consolidated just to be safe…)

  I do the rigmarole: sequence in a bin> media tool with master cilps selected searching all drives on just this one project. After the media tool populates the bin, I go back to the original bin I have the sequence in and choose “select media relatives” from that bin’s hamburger menu. Nothing. Am I doing something wrong, is this a known bug or is this version just buggy?

  Me current specs:

  Avid MC 5.5.1

  Mac OS 10.6.6

  MBPro 2.2GHz Intel Core i7 processor
