    Hi,

I’m about to start a projct on AVID MC5. My problem is that some of the fotage were taken on mini-dv tapes while other were taken on Panasonic HD Camera and are MTS files.
How should I define the settings of this project??

    Thanks

I’m not even familiar with MTS, I’ve never worked with it before, but in a situation with mixed resolutions go with an HD Project setting, and upconvert the SD material.

“Where that light source is coming from?”
“The same place as the music.”

Depends. Is your final product SD or HD? Answer that, and you have your answer.

Well, my final result should be a DVD so I guess it is SD, since the DVD plays only SD media.

If so, I should define the project as SD? are there any import settings I should use when importing the HD materials into it?

    Thanks,
    Shelly
