  speed effect

  hey guys
  how do you create the effect that is used a lot in music videos or sometime even CSI where the shot is in normal speed, then it speeds up for a few frames, flashes and then jump to another clip or back continues the same shot
  how many frames is the speed? how long is the flash and how is it created? in brightness effect? or dissolve to a white solid color?

  I use sppedramp and sapphire glows. I adhere to no template. It depends on the footage and the vibe. You can also just match frame motion clips.
