  No Deck

  Antique Express DV 3.5 on PC
  Software is indicating no deck. I can see the deck through My Computer. I have tried two different decks configuring the deck as generic, PD-150, and JVC VS20U. I have tried rebooting both the computer and the deck(s). It was working with the JVC deck just a few days ago. Help please.

  auto config no worky?
  try deleting all decks then re add it.
