Native Dimension option .What is that?
Action: (Send to QT Movie , HD 220 10 bit, avid dx hdcodec)
I had to Export / Import because my footage was shot w/ two different from rates. (Day 1, & Day 2)
I converted (Day 1) 720p/60 to 1080i/59.94
At the time I used the Native Dimension option ( 320x 240)
I still dont know what the means.
When I import the clip back to Avid is it still 16.9?
I did pick up shots on a Cannon 16.9, had to convert that also to 1080i/59.94 (Day 3)
Now that Im putting Day 1, 2, 3 into the timeline, Im wondering if the footage is going to be squared or letterboxed?
Day 2 was never converted.
So, my question is did choosing Native Dimension option vs. the 16.9 square pixel option change the footage from letterbox ( I dont see black bars) to square
