  1080i Upconvert on Avid

  Hi everyone,

  I’m looking for a solution, or at least some ideas, on how to up convert from 720 24pn, DNXHD60 Codec, on Avid to 1080i 30 or 60.

  I have access to a DVCProHD (AJHD1400) deck, as well as Avid Media Composer, Adrenaline, and Symphony Nitris.

  Anyone run through this process before or have any ideas for the best, and most efficient, way to accomplish this?

  Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

  I would use the deck to upconvert to 1080.
