  EDL Manager Missing

  I tried to export an EDL on my Avid Media Composer 2.8.3 but when I went to Output>EDL I got a message saying my EDL Manager was missing. How is this possible? And how can I get one?
  FilmScribe is also missing.

  Okay, so I went back to the installation disk to try and get EDL manager off there. I opened the installation package and installed it and now Avid won’t start at all! Help!

  Are they from the same version installer as the Media Composer?
