    We’ve noticed that the JPEG-B option on the MOV export settings is no longer on our list of choices. Is it a quick fix to get this back or is it a re-install.

    I think it’s probably what Quicktime see to be an old format which you now have to enable.
    Open Quicktime.
    Go to EDIT > PREFERENCES > QUICKTIME PREFERENCES.
    ADVANCED tab.
    And check the ‘Enable encoding using legacy codes’ box.
    Restart Avid.

    Think this will sort it out.

    Incidentally, thus was in the v3.1 Read Me…
    ‘QuickTime 7.4.5 and 7.5 causes washed out video if you use Motion JPEG-B, Avid
    recommends that you use the Avid codecs when using these versions of QuickTime.’
