  Missing Motion Effect Editor

  So i am opening an old project and applied a Timewarp on a clip. I hit the Motion Effect Editor button and nothing happens. I the Effect editor button and the Effect editor comes up with no controls.

  Why is my Motion Effect Editor missing? In other projects it comes up, but in this one it is not.

  What is teh deal?? I trashed my Avid settings, and the database files in the omfi mediafiles folder. what else can i do?
