Hey Okay I’m freakin out and searched but could not find this particualr problem.

Okay running Avid 5.7.2 Had all P2 files in a foldercalled “Slowmo” and copied some of these to Avid/mxf/1

Works great but hard drive full.

So… I MOVED the rest of the files to Avid/mxf/1
Now nothing works, when I open Avid it can’t scan the drive for thoise files and says it has to quarintine. Which does nothing.

So I went into the Avid/mxf/1 folder to try to move the files back to the original folder. It wont let me says access dneied “READ ONLY” But other MXF files in that folder from other/older projects can be copied and moved. What gives?

The files are there but I cant do anything with them!!!

    Help!!

Change the folder to allow sharing, and click off of “Read Only.” Make sure there are no other files from your previous folder that are not .mxf files. Delete the .pmr and .mdb files. Let Avid re-build, and see if that works.
