  Marquee Lighting Effetcs

  Hello,
  I’ve recently starting using the Marquee tilte tool,
  Question: When you enable/add ‘lights’ to text which has movement, will the ‘lights’ follow the movemnet of the text as well?

  You’ll need to set keyframes for the lights to move em.
  I have not tried but you may be able copy paiste your position keyframes from yer text.
