  avid keyboard

  Hello everyone

  On Creative Video’s cyberstore, there is a color-coded keyboard by Bella for Avid Xpress Pro. My system runs Media Composer (v. 2.5.3). Are shortcuts the same for both apps? If I buy it will it suit my MC software?

  The XPress Pro keyboard should work with MC – its just a keyboard. However you have your keyboard mapped currently within the software is how the keyboard will work. Meaning if you have insert edit mapped to ‘b’ on your current keyboard, it will be ‘b’ on the new keyboard. The colored keycaps are just that – eye candy.

  But, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with eye candy.
