  Nvidia Geforce Vid cards

  Has anyone gotten Xpress Pro running with a Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT? or any of the Nvidia Vid cards.

  I need a new laptop and it seems that most of them only come with that vid card.

  I don’t know, but I’ve been told. . .

  I have heard the 8000 series cards don’t speak Avid very well, but the 7000 series has had some success.

  With that said, I don’t think any of the GeForce cards are on the approved list, so you would be on your own no matter what.
