  Audio under run Using Avid Xpress 4.0

  I am trying to send an audio timeline consisting of about 15 songs to a stand alone CD recorder. I’ve done this in the past without any problems. However, this time the recording stops abouit 6 or 8 songs into the recording and I receive the error “Audio under run” what can cause this and what is the fix. Thanks.

  You’ve got media data very close together on the same area of your drive. The drive head can’t access the data quick enough.

  Try an audio mixdown. That should do the trick.
