    Or better yet, use Avid FX (boris FX) which came free with your system if it’s newer or Moving Picture (www.stagetools.com).

    Pan & Zoom will cause problems if your picture is too large, and it doesn’t allow you to rotate your picture.

    selct resize in your import settings. This’ll give you the entire image and you can then use a pip effect to do what you like with it. You just can’t zoom in past 100% much this way as it’ll start tearing it up.
