  how to slow down a clip and it’s sound

  i can use trim to fill or timewarp to manipulate a video clip but the sound does not stretch with it. how do i do that?

  Use audio suite and the time compression / expansion plug in. Or, use something like Sound Forge (personal favorite) to do the audio portion….

  you’ll have to look at your duration f the motion effected clip then match that in your time compressio/expansion plug if your wantig to match the video.

  You’ll actually like the time compression/expansion plug as well as the pitch plug. Fun to tinker with sometimes and every now and again I have to squeeze 31 seconds of dialog to 29 seconds without changing the pitch. Very handy.
