  EDL Manager – Disolves longer than edit

  I am experiencing a situation where EDLs have disolves that are longer than the duration of an edit. It seems to be NTSC-like interpretations of PAL-sized durations: 1/2 second in PAL is 12 frames but the EDL shows 15 frames. This is a theory, I haven’t tested it conclusively, however, the durations are longer no matter what duration is in the sequence. It doesn’t always happen. It has only appeared on the Adrenaline version 2.x, EDL Manager 22.
  I have consulted with Avid Australia, but they have no solution. We have tried different Adrenalines and many installations. Currently using XW8000 XPSP2.
