I’ve searched all over the web and found many tutorials, but nothing that is helping me out.

I have a progressive comp in AE and need to add some B-Roll shot interlaced.

    Nothing I try works… nothing!

What is the best way to convert footage to progressive so I do not see the jaggies?

    Thanks

Separate fields when you import interlaced footage.
