  omfs and grouped clips

  anyone outhere encountering problems when blowing audio omfs to ams systems…

  any group clips in myt timeline knock the audiophile over, I have to manually match frame all group clips back to origional media before blowing an omf, am i missing something obvious, is there a short cut like typing, use your initiative into the console.

  This is most likely reaching the 2 GB file size limit too quickly when using grouped audio clips. We have the same problem and it sounds like you are on the right track with match framing the audio to the originating clip and replacing it. There is an option in the OMF export to just utilize the audio tracks in the sequence, but I’ve never got that to work myself. I think it just a button that they decided to place in there and hope they’ll find a way to make it work someday.
