  export an avid sequence

  1.17 gb sdram
  X 10.4.6

  avid xpress dv 4.8

  Hello my friends.
  i am trying to export a sequence to burn it into a dvd and i’d like to know what is the option i should apply to be seen in a regular dvd, if any, or at least what is the most readable option,
  i need to mail it to many people so i’d like it to be seen and at the best quality.
