  HD work flow

  what is the common work flow for HD projects?
  can you capture and edit your HD material in SD at a low resolution to save drive space and reconform sequences in HD for online?

  is this as easy as it is in media composer? – ie batch capturing a sequence and reconforming at a higher resolution for online and output in the same project.
  or do you have to start a new HD project in the HD format you wish to reconform up to and open your SD sequences in the new HD format? hope that made sense.

  i have read little on work flow for HD – there seems to be nothing around – any help or links appreciated
