  Symphony Audio hardware underrun – Meridian

  Have been using Symphony V5 for a year with no problems – till now. I cannot play out any sequences without getting Audio hardware underrun when the sequence stops playing at any random spot. This happens in any project. System is standard Avid HP with Meridian box. Any ideas before I call in an engineer?

  This happens to me on occassion, and as far as I can tell, this is Avid’s way of saying DROPPED FRAMES. Just make sure things are rendered….it happens to me over realtime effects mostly.
