    Hi all
I’ve got about 10 .mov files, each 20 min long, that were captured from a MiniDV cam on Final Cut.
I want to edit them on Avid Xpress. What I did was import them to a bin
(the application did some Fast Import of the files). Do I need to do any other conversion besides that?

I just want to make sure I’m set to start working on the files, and not capture them again.

am I in the safe ?

    cheers

Make sure that you import them into Avid with the proper setting that you will be working with (i.e. DV, 1:1, whatever…). Once it is imported into Avid you are good to go.
