  Manipulating Video

  How many ways are there to manipulate video in Avid to slow it down or speed it up? I am a student with little experience on the technical aspects of Avid.

  I think the question should be how much control do you have over motion effected video. In Media Composer, its quite a bit. In the discontinued XPress Pro line, it was pretty basic.

  You could start with this basic tutorial and play with that, it explains how to change the speed in express pro.
