  Having trouble importing audio from WMP.

  I have no trouble doing file imports from Quicktime movie files. However, when I try to do a file import from a Windows Media Player (WMP) file, the video quality is great, but there’s no audio. How do I import audio from an WMP file into Avid?

  I’m not sure I’ve heard of a .wmp – this this a new format? I’m not sure you can import any type of .wmv, but a .wmp is new to me. Have you tried converting it with something like Sorenson or Stream Clip?
