  Pro Animator FX – Crashing Apple Motion

  I have a project that is using the Pro Animator FX filter. When I go to open the project, a window opens, looking for a .jpg. There is an option to skip finding the image, which doesn’t work. Even when the image is located where is needs to be, the project will not open. I have tried trashing the prefs and nothing seems to work to get this project to open again.

  Hi Patrick,

  Try this. Go into the Documents > Zaxwerks folder and delete the “ProAnimator FX” folder. Or, instead of deleting the folder, you can move it to your desktop as a backup.

  It sounds like one of the swatches you’ve saved may be causing an issue with the program. Once you move or delete the ProAnimator FX folder, it will reset all the presets back to the factory default and you should be able to open your project file.
