Does anyone know how to round the front face of the text or to chisel it to a point like the Harry Potter text in ProA 5?

    thanks

Bevels use flat fronts. You can experiment with the Edge Offset and Bevel Scale using the bevel “Flare, Straight”. But that will hardly work on irregular fonts, like the Harry Potter one.

It’s a good question, I wonder if someone can come with a better tip.

    Hi David,

Right. You can either play with the Edge Offset, or manually edit the text outline in the Drawing Window so that the text is really thin. Then you can apply a Round Bevel like Fernando suggested, or create your own bevel in the Profile Editor.

If you have 3D Serpentine, you can try using text as the Serpentine Body, and then applying a round end cap.

    Hope this helps.

    Best,
    Edward
