  rotating a layer warp cylinder

  How would you rotate a cylinder created in 3D layer warp?

  Hi Bill,

  Once you set up the cylinder with 3D Layer Warp, expand the settings for “Transform”. You will then be able to apply “X, Y, or Z Rotations”.
