  3D matte object in ProAnimator

  Proanimator product info shows a matte object using the ‘matte color’ material. But it doesnt work for me and the manual and tutorials dont mention this feature.

  What could I possibly be doing wrong. Basically, the object becomes invisible but does not block objecs moving behind it.
