  how can i distribute each ai.file different set

  HI all,
  my name is tetsuro
  I am using 3d INVIGORATOR in AE,
  I’d like to animate ai.file which has 3 layers
  and each layer need to be animate separate
  how can I assign each layer differnt set then I can manupurate each elements?
