  recover index files JVC HM-100

  Recently i lost data of a card, and i ran a restore software to recover the files. the problem is that it recovered only the mp4 files, without all the index folders (PRIVATE–BPAV–CLPR etc.)
  and its impossible to import only the mp4 files into premiere ot even convert it with adobe media encoder or procoder.
  is there a way of recovering the index files? or any other way making the mp4 files usable?
