  Are there any filters or programs I can do to try and get these two voices to match?

  I did an interview with a guy over two days. The second day he regrettably had been talking all day and his voice was shot. I want to use brief snippets of it. But as you will hear, his voice sounds pretty different.

  Are there any filters, programs, or other post-production advice that might get the voice from the two days to sound somewhat similar or am I just out of luck?

  Afraid not.
  The filter needed is to know when to stop for a break and a drink. His voice is just shot.
