  Purchasing a 2nd Sennheiser G3-e100 Lav…Same RF band or different?

  I’m looking into purchasing a second Sennheiser G3-e100 set for wedding and corporate work.

  Does anyone have suggestions about whether or not the new G3 set should be the same RF band or a different one from the other set I own? Right now, my G3 is on the B band (626-668MHz) which seems to be the best in my part of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

  Any advantages or disadvantages to having the sets on the same band (other than having the transmitters & receivers all compatible).

  Any advantages or disadvantages to having them on different bands (other than the flexibility of a wider RF band available to use when I’m not in Minneapolis/St. Paul).

  There are plenty of available frequencies within each bank so youll be able to choose 2 with enough separation to be well safe.
