    Hello,

Just curious if anyone tried DIY repair of their mics. We have two AT series shotguns that stopped working.

Finding a shop is not an easy option. We’re in the Philippines.

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks.

Depends on what is wrong with them. If it is something obvious like a munged output connector, it is probably worth a shot at DIY repair. But if the problem is unknown or difficult, you have to make the trade-off decision whether it is worth the risk and effort to try DIY.

Which models? Do they use internal batterys for power? Could the problem be in the unit they are connected to and the 48v phantom supply to the mics? More info needed.

    Eric
