    I have searched here but seems no one discussed about it.

    When I render a project in vegaspro17, the height value unable to set 3840 as Im rendering a 4K vertical video.

    It does not allow me to change the value more than 2304.

    Does that me I have hit maximum render wall?

    Any fix for that?

    Unfortunately, Vegas templates are quite limited in that most codecs require an individual template for each frame size/frame rate combination and as you’ve discovered some combinations are not supported. One alternative is Happy Otter Scripts at https://tools4vegas.com/. Here is a screengrab of a 2160 x 3840 render from just a still image since I don’t have such video footage.

    You can see that the project settings and resulting render settings agree. Render settings are always the same as your project settings so there is no need for a unique template for each combination. Also, HOS uses the open source x264 encoder, arguably better than the built-in encoders. HOS is still in beta. You could also try Voukoder which also uses the x264 encoder which should be able to do the same thing.
