  Long Program Hell

  I just finished a 56-minute program; nothing fancy, mostly just a truckload of cuts between two cameras, and a few graphics.

  I’ve tried two MP4 renders at 20,000,000 constant bit rate. It tells me it’s about a nine-hour render, and both times the system has barfed sometime during the night.

  This morning, my file system showed a 4.8GB MP4 file, but nothing would open it.

  Anybody have any “tricks” or workarounds or thoughts on how I can get this to the client in good quality and in a way THEY can actually play it?

  I’m on SVP10, Windows7.
