  External audio editor link not working in Vegas Video Pro 16

  Hi. I’ve been using Vegas since version 1.0 so I have become quite accustomed to setting up my work environment and just had an issue I never encountered before. I’m trying to send a copy of a segment of an audio track to my audio editor (Wavelab 6) and it will not open. I get an error message saying that it cannot be opened. I switched it to open Sound Forge Studio 12 and it opened as usual.

  Any idea why Wavelab won’t open. I have been using them in conjunction for years with no issues. I know, I could use Sound Forge Studio but I prefer Wavelab. But either way it should work.

  Hi Lamont! – What version of VegasPro are you using? Also, I notice Steinberg has a version 9.5 available? I’m just wondering if your VP is way ahead of WL6?
