Should I upgrade from Vegas Pro 13 to Vegas Pro 15?
Hello! A humble bundle has appeared to sell version 15 edit and I would like to know if it’s worth buying and upgrading from version 13 (non-edit) to version 15 edit.
The only benefit I could see is I’m hoping gpu acceleration doesn’t lead to crashes in 15 as it does for me in 13. Do tell me your pros and cons for and against the upgrade. Thank you 🙂

Ivan, I would search for a link to download and try out the trial version of Vegas Pro 15, it’s good for 30 days. If you crashes are during preview and editing, the trial version will show you any improvement in the version. If your crashes are during rendering, the trial probably will not help you test as the trial version is limited to a maximum render length of 2 minutes.

It would be preferable to find out first why your renders crash. It could be a lot of different reasons not directly related to Vegas. More often than not, it’s a combination of factors.
Look at all of your hardware and what software that you have. Things like Klite for example will screw things up big time.
