  Sony Vegas 13 can’t open mp4 – desperate

  Hey,
  I got a video that was recorded with Adobe Connect and I can’t get the mp4 opened.

  – I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Quicktime.
  – I’ve tried converting with VLC to several different formats (and at best got the audio, but no video-image).

  Any ideas?

  Get MediaInfo and tell us what’s inside that MP4.

  Hi Aiki,

  Like at the Vegas Creative Software Forum, best to convert you source file using Handbrake or MediaER Tool Kit to a constant frame rate. Vegas Pro 13 should then like that.
