  Hardware for new PC for 4k 2k and 1080p editing and rendering in Sony Vegas 16

  Hello, I would need some help about renders and hardware requirements for future jobs.

  My company wants to record some footage of food in restaurants for commercial services. We are planing to do 4k,2k 1080p footage. We will be using Fujifilm xt3 for recording. Now, I i have my own firm, and i have been using so far sony camcoders and doing rendering 1080p mp4 and dvd quality with:

  i7 4790k , R9 280x 3gb, 32gb ddr3, ssd samsung evo + hdd for editing and rendering
  i5 2500k oc @4.3ghz, HD6950 2gb, 8gb ddr3, hdd/hdd for rendering

  I have tried doing 4k with first rig, but the raw video was too much for the hardware, frames were dropping in preview window … long renders etc ..

  For this new firm i am working for, I need help with setting up new machine, just for them, and for 4k videos, probably mostly 4k.

  Anyways, i know how much ram i need, ssd, hdd… But cpu is a bit of a struggle, which i7 should i take for smooth video preview and fast update of effects, and mostly, what GPU. So far i was very very satisfied with r9 280x , but i think that gpu is very outdated for 4k. Radeon proved to me that it is unbeatable in vegas.
  But i have not tried any nvidia quadro. I have read so far that every gpu has its advantage, depending on what render i will use. So I will need some good information what render and its settings should i use for web page 4k videos.

  So what would be good CPU? around 400/500 euros?
  What would be good gpu? around 400/500 euros?
  Are firepro good for 4k ?
  The company director told me that the budget is not limited, but I do not want to buy hardware and not be satisfied with the power of it. So I would need expert precise information about components.

  What render settings , which render should we use?

  The content will be uploaded on website, for customers to see the food, making of food, videos of restaurants etc..

  We would be using Sony Vegas 16.
