Rendering problem
Hello everyone!
I apologize in advance for maybe sounding uneducated but at this point, I’m desperate:
I have got a new laptop in which I’ve installed a Sony Vegas (thing I’ve done many times before as I change my computers quite frequently). I instal SV 16 and as SV 14 user so far I am pleasantly surprised that it opens .avi files with sound and so on.
I start a new project, cut it, add coloring and want to render and that’s when the problem comes on: my 15 seconds video will render for over 17 hours (the clock haven’t stopped counting up, I just cancelled the rendering after 15 minutes).
I tried different settings, nothing worked, always the same issue. Okay, so I tried SV 15, nope same problem and so I went back to SV 14 and still the same problem. I tried to uninstall the Sapphire plug-in, hoping it might be just incompatibility issue but no luck.
Long story short, by trial and error I found out that the problem is with coloring, or more specifically all the non sapphire plug-ins. I can render video without adding color correction, curves, brightness and so on. I can add all the sapphire plug-ins including transitions as well. But the moment I try to add simple black/white plug-in in just one frame I’m not able to render a video.Has anyone answer for this?
Of course I tried to search it up first but I’m not exactly sure what I’m looking for… maybe I am missing a remotes? Or my graphic card is incompatible?
Thanks ahead for any kind of answers.
