Hi Gerardo! Yes, yes there is. I also use Edward Troxel’s Auto Save Script. These two have saved my derrière on more than one occasion- oh yes ????!

Please do note that AutoSave installs with Excalibur. However, AutoSave is a FREE plugin. You do not have to purchase Excalibur in order to use AutoSave but you do need to install Excalibur to install AutoSave.

Project Inspector is also another FREE plugin that installs with Excalibur.

So while you do need to install Excalibur to install those two plugins, those two plugins are free for you to use with no purchase required.

Excalibur comes with a free trial period so you can test out the features of Excalibur as well. For purchase information on Excalibur, please e-mail me.

Yes, it works in Vegas Pro 16.

There are installers for versions from Vegas Pro 8 through Vegas Pro 16. The last installer works in Vegas Pro 14 – 16.

[Gerardo Zuccalà] “Thank you so much”

Gerardo, you’re very welcome. This is a powerful AutoSave tool. I’ve had it follow me through the last versions of VegasPro back to when SONY owned VP. My ScreenGrab does show it working in VP16.
