  Project media thumbnails incomplete

  I have a project with several hundred files. When I scroll down the project media screen, the refresh is slow, and sometimes gets hung up on one thumbnail, where it stalls and flickers. If I click, it will stop flickering, then move one. It will not keep all thumbnails with images. If I scroll to reveal new rows, it populates with images one at a time. Looks like Vegas is only allowing a fixed number of images to appear in the media preview thumbnails. Is this normal?

  I tested Version 16 latest build 307 and it still has that problem. Mine will load up 50 at a time, and except for the flicker part, acts exactly as yours does.

  One remedy is to SPLIT Media into more than one folder. If you read through the above you’ll note a figure of 255 being the uppermost. This could be banjaxing your Thumbnail reveals/workflows.
