  video cropped to safe area grid

  i needed my video in 4:3 ratio so i changed the width in the properties, but when i changed the height also changed so i returned to my original width but now the video is displaying only in the safe grid area , pls help me to get it back….

  What was your original resolution ? Frame size, etc…
