  I Need Help With Ribbons Falling From the Sky!

  Using After Effects, is there any way to get an animation of ribbons falling from the sky slowly a la american beauty roses?

  I think the most efficient way would be to use a particle system (best being Particular from Trapcode) so you just create a few protoype ribbon animation loops and use particular to multiply and “fly” them to your liking.
