Obviously, using Vegas 10, I’m not a heavy Vegas user. I took some 4k footage using my iPhone. (don’t judge me) I can get the file into Vegas but it doesn’t respond normally and when I try to render any of it it gives me an error message letting me know I need Quicktime 7.1.6 or later on my computer. I downloaded the latest Quicktime version. Still no bueno. I’m on Windows. I did a search on this forum but I did not see a similar issue.

    Help?

    Hi Steve

Mediainfo on your file would be nice to have in order to troubleshoot. Could be your frame rate, file type, etc…

    Cheers !

    Hi Steve

A full Mediainfo result would have given me a lot more information about your file. Unfortunately I don’t have enough to work with.

Is it possible for you to copy and paste the full result ?

Something like this for example: 11772_example.txt.zip

    Cheers !

    Hi

Try convert your footage to mp4 with Handbrake – with constant framerate !

    Best,
    Ole
